📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times:
• US & Canada: 8–12 business days
• UK & EU: 7–12 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs or local carrier delays.

Shipping Rates:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Important Note for Fragrance Oils:
Due to international shipping regulations, some countries may restrict the import of fragrance oils. If your order cannot be delivered, we will contact you directly.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Aroma Oils:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened aroma or fragrance oil bottles. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Diffusers & Accessories:
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
